Order Pickup Locations & Protocol

Orbus offers order pick up from its Woodridge, Illinois and Las Vegas, Nevada locations. If you chose Order Pickup in your order, when your order is scanned into our Pickup/Will Call Center, you will receive an email invoice, which means your order is ready for pickup! You must be enrolled to receive invoices via email in order to be notified.

Note: Order Pickup/Will Call is not offered for orders that ship freight. Packages for pickup are loose and not on a skid. Truck pickups need to be arranged in advance as Trucking Collect.

LOOK FOR THE SIGNS! When you arrive, look for the signs leading you to the designated Order Pickup/Will Call door, which is located near our dock doors. Please do not come to the front reception desk for pickup.

HAVE YOUR ORDER #! Have your Order Confirmation (received from ordernoreplies@orbus.com) on hand. We will need your Order # in order to release your order.
